Weekly list of content gaps

Use case

Most topic ideas are already covered. Once a week Hermes searches your niche, looks at what named competitors actually published, and returns a short ranked list of angles they skipped. You spend a few minutes on the top two and keep only the ones you can say something real about.

Edit before you send: Your niche, three to five competitors, and the format you publish in.

Prompt to paste into Hermes Agent

Save this as a skill named weekly-content-gap-finder. Run every Monday at [8:00] [TIMEZONE]. My niche: [NICHE, e.g. AI tools for people who run a company alone]. I publish: [YouTube / blog / newsletter]. Competitors to check: [NAME OR URL], [NAME OR URL], [NAME OR URL]. My own recent work, so you do not tell me to repeat it: [URL], [URL]. Search what those competitors published in the last 30 days and what is being discussed in the niche this week. Return at most 7 gaps, ranked. For each gap: - The angle, specific enough that I could outline it today. - Who covered the nearby topic, and what they left out. - Why it fits my format. - A confidence note: strong, or thin if the sources were weak. Do not give me "ultimate guide" topics or anything I already published. If a gap is only a rewording of a competitor's headline, drop it. Send the list to [Telegram / a note at PATH]. Treat it as a starting list, not an assignment.

More Hermes Agent prompts

  • Chief of Staff that routes the team

You have several Hermes roles and you are still deciding who should do what. This is the standing entry point: one message can mix research, a draft, an outbound note, and a scheduling task, and Hermes splits them before anyone acts.

  • Inbox sorted before you wake up

The first half hour of the morning disappears into overnight email. Hermes reads what arrived, separates what needs you from what can wait, and leaves reply drafts in Gmail. You open Telegram, work the urgent items, and send only the drafts you still agree with.

  • Scored leads with a real first line

A blast of the same cold note does not get replies. You give Hermes a tight market, and it returns a sheet of prospects with a score and an opening line taken from something it actually found about that company.

  • Overnight demo page for each new lead

Building a custom page for every prospect by hand does not scale. Overnight, Hermes reads the lead sheet, looks at each company site, writes a one-page demo aimed at their problem, and puts a public URL back on the row. In the morning the first email can point at something already live.
