Food and symptom journal
Use case
Stomach trouble is hard to connect to a meal you forgot by evening. You log food, drinks, symptoms, and notes in one Telegram topic, including a photo of the plate. Three reminders a day keep the log honest, and a weekly pass looks for foods that show up before bad days.
What to connect
A Telegram topic used only for health, and a markdown log on disk. Optional: a vision AI model if you want photos identified.
Setup
- Create the [HEALTH] Telegram topic and the log at [FOOD LOG PATH], with a section per date.
- Set reminders at 8:00, 13:00, and 19:00 in your timezone.
- If a vision AI model is configured, photo replies can name the meal. If it is not, ask what the plate was.
- Schedule the weekly analysis for Sunday evening, and only after the log has at least [14] days.
- Keep this topic free of other skills. Health entries stay here.
Edit before you send: Reminder times, the log path, the Telegram topic, and how many days you want before the first analysis.

Save this as a skill named food-journal. Use only the [HEALTH] Telegram topic. Entry types: food, drink, symptom, note. Symptoms use a severity from 1 to 5. Store each entry in [FOOD LOG PATH], grouped by date, with the time. If I send a photo, identify the food and ask how many portions when that is unclear. If you cannot tell, ask. Do not guess an ingredient you cannot see. Send a reminder at [8:00], [13:00], and [19:00] [TIMEZONE] to log what I ate and how I feel. One short message. If I already logged that window, skip the reminder. Once the log has at least [14] days, run a weekly analysis on Sunday at [18:00]. Look for foods that show up before worse symptom days. Name the pattern and the dates. If the log is too thin, say so and skip the analysis. Do not declare a medical cause. This is a journal, and I will take anything serious to a clinician. Do not copy health entries into the daily briefing or any other topic.
More OpenClaw prompts
- Personal CRM from mail and calendar
A year of email and meetings is a pile of names you cannot search. OpenClaw reads Gmail and Google Calendar, drops newsletters and cold pitches, and keeps a local profile for each person worth remembering. You ask in plain language who you know at a company, or who has gone quiet.
- Meeting action items with an approval queue
Meetings end and the promises disappear. OpenClaw waits until a meeting is over, pulls the Fathom transcript, matches the room to your CRM, and sends you each action item to approve. Approved items become Todoist tasks. Things other people owe you stay on a waiting-on list, except people on your own team.
- Urgent email, only when it can wait no longer
You do not live in the inbox, including on weekends. OpenClaw checks mail on a timer, ignores senders you have already marked as noise, and pings a Telegram topic only when something needs you now. When you say an alert was wrong, the next check is stricter.
- Knowledge base you fill from a Telegram topic
Links you meant to remember are scattered across chats. You drop a URL into one Telegram topic. OpenClaw saves the article, the video transcript, the full post thread, or the PDF, then you ask later in plain language. A new save can point at something you already kept.
