Building a custom page for every prospect by hand does not scale. Overnight, Hermes reads the lead sheet, looks at each company site, writes a one-page demo aimed at their problem, and puts a public URL back on the row. In the morning the first email can point at something already live.

Save this as a skill named overnight-demo-builder. Run every night at [2:00] [TIMEZONE]. Read rows from [SHEET URL] where Demo URL is empty and Outreach Date is blank. Columns: Name, Company, Website, Pain Point, Outreach Date, Demo URL, Deploy Error. For each row, up to [3] per night: 1. Open Website. Note the product in one sentence and the pain I already wrote in Pain Point. If the site does not load, write the error in Deploy Error and skip the row. 2. Build one HTML page with Tailwind from a CDN. Three parts only: a headline that includes the company name, two or three lines about that pain, and one button labeled [CTA, e.g. See the walkthrough]. No extra pages, no forms that submit anywhere. 3. Deploy it to [DEPLOY PATH, e.g. /var/www/demos/] as a folder named with the company slug. The public URL is [https://demos.example.com]/[slug]. 4. Write that URL into Demo URL. Clear Deploy Error. Do not email the lead. In the morning, send me a Telegram note with each company and URL, or "no new rows" if the sheet had nothing to build. If SSH to the server fails, stop and say so. Do not invent a URL.
