This policy explains how BOT BUDDY LLP (“OpenLLMBuddy,” “we,” “us”) collects and uses information when you use our website, Agent Buddy, and Self Deploy GPU services.

Who we are
OpenLLMBuddy is a control layer for unrestricted open-weight models for lawful use only. We offer two primary paths: Agent Buddy (fixed monthly API for text and agentic workloads such as Hermes Agent and OpenClaw) and Self Deploy GPU (hourly rented GPUs where you run open models yourself). Account & authentication
We store the email and profile details you provide at sign-up, plus a password hash if you use email login. OAuth sign-in is handled by your provider; we receive only what that provider shares with us (typically email and basic profile). Session tokens keep you signed in across the console.
Agent Buddy
When you use Agent Buddy, we process API keys, request metadata (timestamps, model or task routing, token or usage counts), billing plan status, and technical logs needed to operate the OpenAI-compatible endpoint, enforce plan limits, and prevent abuse. Prompt and completion content may be processed transiently to deliver the response. We do not sell your prompts or outputs for advertising.
Self Deploy GPU
When you rent a GPU, we process deployment configuration, template selection, instance lifecycle events, uptime and metering data, and endpoint credentials required to run and bill your workload. Content you load onto a rented instance (models, files, prompts) is under your control for the life of that deployment. Destroying an instance removes our operational need to keep that instance data; retain your own backups if you need them.
Payments
Payment card and bank details are handled by our payment processor. We retain transaction references, amounts, plan or pack identifiers, and invoices as required for accounting, tax, and dispute resolution.
Cookies & sessions
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in and to protect forms (for example, CSRF). You can clear cookies in your browser at any time; you may need to sign in again afterward.
Sharing
We share data with infrastructure and payment providers only as needed to run the service. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or integrity of users and the platform. We do not sell personal data.
Retention & your choices
We keep account and billing records for as long as your account is active and as needed for legal and accounting obligations. You may request access, correction, or deletion of account data by contacting us. Some records (for example, paid invoices) may be retained where the law requires it.
