Scored leads with a real first line

Use case

A blast of the same cold note does not get replies. You give Hermes a tight market, and it returns a sheet of prospects with a score and an opening line taken from something it actually found about that company.

Edit before you send: Your name, role, the target market, and the sheet URL.

Prompt to paste into Hermes Agent

You are researching leads for [YOUR NAME], [YOUR ROLE, e.g. a consultant who helps online stores spend less on ads]. Target market: [WHO, as tight as you can. Example: HR-tech founders with 5–30 people who posted on LinkedIn in the last 30 days]. Find [10] prospects. Skip anyone already in the sheet. Write each one as a new row in [SHEET URL] using these columns exactly: Company, Contact Name, Title, URL, Score (1-10), Signal Found, Opening Line, Notes. For each row: - Signal Found must be a specific public fact with a date or a source URL. If you cannot find one, do not invent it. Leave the row out. - Opening Line may only use that signal. It should be useless if you swapped in another company from the list. - Score 8–10 only when the signal is recent and the company matches every constraint I gave you. - Notes: one line on why they might care, or "thin signal" if you are unsure. Do not email anyone. When the rows are in, reply with the count, the top three companies, and any search you wanted to run but could not.

More Hermes Agent prompts

  • Chief of Staff that routes the team

You have several Hermes roles and you are still deciding who should do what. This is the standing entry point: one message can mix research, a draft, an outbound note, and a scheduling task, and Hermes splits them before anyone acts.

  • Inbox sorted before you wake up

The first half hour of the morning disappears into overnight email. Hermes reads what arrived, separates what needs you from what can wait, and leaves reply drafts in Gmail. You open Telegram, work the urgent items, and send only the drafts you still agree with.

  • Overnight demo page for each new lead

Building a custom page for every prospect by hand does not scale. Overnight, Hermes reads the lead sheet, looks at each company site, writes a one-page demo aimed at their problem, and puts a public URL back on the row. In the morning the first email can point at something already live.

  • One social draft in your voice

Posting every day dies when you have to sit down and write. Hermes reads a folder of posts you already published, drafts one new post in that voice, and sends it to Telegram with an image idea. You change a line if you want, then you publish it yourself.
